Marina’s passion for health and wellness began 15 years ago. After being diagnosed with a mild form of an autoimmune condition, she decided to make some lifestyle changes for herself. She was determined to reach her goal and through dedication, research and hard work she did.

Now she is determined to helping others. She obtained a B.Sc in Exercise Science, and completed her Canadian Athletic Therapist Certification. Since then,Marina continued to study Naturopathy and ART (Active Release Technique). Her new found passion is Osteopathy, and is presently completing her thesis on Post–Operative follow-up and care of breast cancer reconstruction surgery.Marina’s devotion to helping others has inspired her to create an integrative approach to wellness, and the prevention and treatment of injuries.” I look at a person as an institution where one department cannot work without the other”. In other words, while many will focus on an injury itself, she believes the cause may be hidden elsewhere.

Marina provides an example of a patient who appears to have a rotator cuff tendonitis. “The solution may not be in treating the injury itself, but to look beyond it. It may be due to poor bio mechanics caused by postural habits, work environment, psychogenic factors, or a compensation of an underlying cervical issue. It isn’t complicated. You just have to look at the whole picture”. She has helped a vast number of patients ranging from professional athletes from the CFL, NHL National Women’s soccer team, as well as everyone else who walks into her office.
