The Property

Oasis luxury condominiums are built with privacy, luxury and intimacy in mind. The low-density residential complex was built on 8,750 square meters of Eagle Beach land. There are 35 units on five floors, scattered between two low-rise buildings in Mediterranean-Caribbean style. The units are one-, two- and three-bedroom suites with perfect oceanfront views through wide, panoramic windows, floor-to-ceiling glass doors and spacious terraces. The modern interiors are reflected in the marble and natural stone bathrooms, elegant kitchen furnishings, high-tech appliances and sophisticated Caribbean decor.

A spacious two-bedroom suite occupies 1,452 square feet and features two bedrooms (one master bedroom and one standard bedroom), two bathrooms (one master bath and one standard bath), a living room/dining room, kitchen and terrace. The rental comes fully furnished and fully air-conditioned for your comfort. Whether you plan to stay for a few days or a whole month, the suite is flexible and available to rent weekly as well as daily. The suite rental includes all Oasis Aruba amenities (including gym, laundry facilities, swimming pool and parking space) for your convenience.

Oasis Aruba is a fully-fenced complex with 24-hour security and free parking space. The complex is accessible from the road through an entrance gate. You can enjoy your holidays within the premises if you wish, as the complex has a large swimming pool with lounge chairs and a well-equipped gym. Shopping centers, supermarkets and restaurants are conveniently located just minutes away. Upon your arrival, you will be presented with an activities guide, local maps and a restaurant dining guide to help you plan your stay.

All rooms are fully-furnished, with alarm clocks, ceiling fans, hair dryer, linens, towels, sunbed, hot water and air-conditioning provided. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-ring stove, stove top burners, blender, oven, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dish washer, washing machine, clothes dryer and iron and board. There are two full baths with shower and toilet and two bedrooms with two king beds.

Satellite/cable TVs are provided for entertainment in all rooms and terrace as well as wireless broadband, Wi-Fi and internet access for communication. Guests can also use onsite services like excursions, tours, restaurant reservations, car rental, vacation vault, massage and housekeeper services (optional). Outside facilities like the outdoor grill, off-street parking and garden chairs are also available. The complex is suitable for families with children and offers wheelchair access and access for the elderly. Pets are allowed and smoking is allowed in some areas.
